TRANSFERS
Kalantzis Yachting can provide in Athens only,
one transfer per charter from the airport or your hotel to the yacht and back, FREE OF CHARGE

Insurance:
All the yachts are insured against damage to hull, gear, and machinery as well as for third party liability but this doesn't cover your personal belongings and injuries.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee.
For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to embarkation 50% of the total charter fee.
For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee

Check In/Out :
Embarkation time 17.00hrs
However, we do our best to delivery your yacht before the above
Mentioned time.
Disembarkation time 09.00hrs
The yacht should be returned to the base the day before the end of the charter contract by 18.00hrs the latest.

Provisioning
We can arrange your provisions so you will find them on board upon your arrival, provided that we have received your order at least 10 days before embarkation,with an additional cost 10% of the total provisioning cost.

NON-REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
For all boats 40 euro/day and it has to be paid in cash upon embarkation.
We suggest the non-refundable security deposit in order to ensure a smooth end to the charter.
